Kiawah River Hosts “Home for the Holidays” Tour of Homes

Wreaths and ribbon decorated Kiawah River’s homes with holiday cheer, welcoming guests for the “Home for the Holidays” Tour of Homes on Friday, November 27.

To celebrate the season, families and friends all gathered to enjoy our festive event that included live music, a holiday market with local vendors, food trucks such as Martin’s BBQ and Callie’s Hot Little Biscuit, and a bloody mary and mimosa bar!

Holiday vendors lined the streets with homemade and locally sourced goods perfect for Christmas gifts. Neighbors and visitors walked throughout the community, relishing the refreshingly cool weather outdoors. It was the best way to unwind the day after Thanksgiving.

As guests strolled around, they were able to shop, grab a bite, listen to music, or play with the goats from Kiawah River Farm’s Goatery. There were activities for the whole family to enjoy, including a holiday photo moment in front of the vintage Jeep Grand Wagoneer. Even pets had the chance to don their special bowties and snap a holiday picture!

Guests followed the Kiawah River map to explore the variety of homes and lots for sale. The homes gave visitors a sense of wonder with elegant Lowcountry designs enriched by views along the river.

With more than 2,000 acres of picturesque land, Kiawah River offered attendants an opportunity to explore a variety of new homes and lots, with unmatched views of the Lowcountry’s most nature-inspiring landscapes.
