For over 35 years, Southern Living Magazine has partnered with premier builders, architects, and designers to create homes that celebrate the Southern lifestyle while embracing the latest in design innovation. In 2024, Kiawah River had the honor of partnering with this iconic publication to bring their vision to life—a stunning waterfront home that reflects the essence of Lowcountry living.
