Framed by serene waters and the charm of a nearby farmhouse, this space offers a Lowcountry setting for ceremonies, gatherings, and unforgettable celebrations. Sunlight dances through the branches by day, and by evening, the setting glows under the soft hues of the sky — perfect for breathtaking events that embrace nature’s beauty and the effortless elegance of the coast.

The Spring House Meeting Rooms

Escape to a world of carefree intimacy as you experience the allure of events at The Spring House. The outdoor spaces feature a shaded bar, resort-style cabanas, multi-level decks with lounge seating and an outdoor fireplace. The various indoor meeting spaces with panoramic coastal water views were designed by Jenny Keenan and inspired by the Kiawah River landscape by utilizing natural materials such as bamboo, teak and raffia.

Fiddler's Point

The waterfront lawn at Fiddler's Point offers an unmatched backdrop of Kiawah River’s salt marsh. At low tide, oyster mounds emerge, while marsh birds glide overhead and palm trees sway in the breeze. Dolphins surface in the distance, and herons wade through the shallows, adding to the Lowcountry’s natural charm. As the sun sets, the sky ignites in color, casting a golden glow over this unforgettable setting.
