Spritzer with a Sea Island Twist

Enjoy this end-of-summer drink by expert Miguel of Holy City Handcraft as one of Kiawah River’s signature cocktail. The Sea Island 75

Ingredients:

• 1¾ oz Aviation Gin

• 1 oz Honey Syrup

• ¾ oz Fresh lemon juice

• Prosecco

• 2 Fresh Cucumber Slices

• Dehydrated Lemon

 

Instructions: Combine gin, syrup, cucumbers and lemon juice in a shaking tin with ice. Shake for 5 seconds. Double strain and pour into a coupe glass with ice. Top with your favorite Prosecco. Garnish with dehydrated lemon or lemon twist. Serve and enjoy.
