Kiawah River is a very special place for me, as I have come here with family and friends for over 25 years. I have been enriched by the natural rhythms of its maritime forest, creeks and marshes, and the impoundments. I have imagined this new community for many years. How to design a place where all who live here can likewise be enriched by the natural wonders and share this experience within a new community? I am thrilled with the master plan that we have created, and I am honored to collaborate with our outstanding design team.
