Home for the Holidays at Kiawah River

Kiawah River’s growing neighborhood welcomed visitors for our Holiday Tour of Homes on November 29, as 9 new homes festooned with festive holiday decorations were open to all.

For those who have been interested to see Kiawah River’s progress, this event was the perfect opportunity to explore homes and lots while enjoying holiday activities. Holiday drinks and bites and the cool weather put us in the holiday spirit, and our Cowboy Cauldron in the center of Oak Park crackled and warmed our hands.

Callie’s Biscuits’ served savory snacks, and Sweet Lulu’s maple syrup hot chocolate greeted guests on the Oak Park lawn. A jolly photo booth, gingerbread man station helped make memories, and large live oaks with Spanish moss arched over the Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar embellished with hand-woven sweetgrass stars.

It was a beautiful day to celebrate our talented builders, designers and team members who were dedicated to making Kiawah River feel like home for all of our guests.
