Now that the holiday’s storm of sugary spreads have subsided, we are looking to revitalize our bodies to invite energy into conquering our 2019 goals and plans! 1/2 green apple
2 inch hunk ginger
1 inch hunk Tumeric
2 unpeeled carrots
4 small candy cane beets
+ Feel free to add a dash of cayenne pepper at the end for a topping that will really get your inner heat flowing!
