Design envisioned the architectural details to embrace the local environment,
with shady porches and divided light windows and doors to welcome natural
light and cross ventilation. Inspired interiors by Amanda Lindroth mirror the
Lowcountry environs with natural materials, textured finishes, and timeless
furniture. The cozy cabin scale incorporates an outdoor room or a generous
porch, custom cabinetry for closets, bars and a built-in desk; interior
windows that maximize light, and a multipurpose banquette/daybed/dining
table arrangement for intimate meals or lazy lounging. Amanda’s finish
selections include cerused oak flooring, soapstone countertops, rattan
furniture, polished nickel fittings, and luxurious linens. The spirit of the
