Celebrate the season at Kiawah River with our annual Home for the Holidays Tour of Homes & Market on November 28 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. — a festive day to explore beautifully designed riverfront residences and shop the best of local artisans and makers, all in one charming holiday experience.

Hop aboard a trolley and explore the community, including the Spring House, Kiawah River’s luxury waterfront pool and wellness amenity, and a curated collection of newly completed homes showcasing the craftsmanship of our Builders Guild. Our Kiawah River Sales Team will be on-site to answer questions about available homes, building opportunities, and the lifestyle that makes this place so special.

After your tour, stroll through our Holiday Market, featuring over 40 local vendors, farmers, and artisans offering unique gifts, jewelry, home décor, and festive treats. Bring a touch of Kiawah River home with our handpicked selection of goods from Kiawah River Finery, inspired by the land and crafted for everyday Lowcountry living. Sip, shop, and enjoy live music while sampling bites from local favorites — Smash City Burgers, Sticky Fingers BBQ, Shaka Shrimp, and more. Coffee and seasonal drinks will also be available from The Dunlin, Auberge Collection.

Know Before You Go:
•  Trollies will run continuously between the Tour of Homes, Holiday Market, and parking areas — just follow event signage.
•  Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome in outdoor areas. Please note that The Spring House is a pet-free facility.
