The Berry Group, LLC is a premier residential construction company founded in 2004 by Ken Berry. Before transitioning to residential home building, Ken was a civil engineer involved in numerous large-scale projects across North and South Carolina. Ken's passion for building was deeply influenced by his father, who was also a builder. Growing up, Ken learned invaluable lessons by watching and working alongside his dad, shaping the foundation for The Berry Group’s commitment to excellence and craftsmanship.

Our work also extends to prominent developments in Cashiers, NC, including High Hampton, Mountain Top, and Balsam Mountain Preserve, as well as projects in Highlands, NC, Greenville, SC, Asheville, NC and now the SC coast. Through our client portal, clients can monitor photo updates, read daily logs, and access important documents related to scope and costs. During the construction process, we also establish weekly or bi-weekly Owner Architect Contractor (OAC) calls. These meetings provide a platform to discuss and stay ahead of important decisions, enabling us to keep the project moving efficiently and on schedule.
